About you
We are looking to appoint an ambitious salesperson to take on an exciting business development opportunity within the Scottish Arts/Leisure/Tourism/Transport Sector.
Within this target-driven role, we expect you to be self-motivated, energetic, and keen to find creative marketing solutions for both existing clients and new businesses.
Your role
The company is looking for a business development and sales executive to grow existing clients, develop and win new leads/opportunities and help develop existing and new services.
While predominantly office-based, you will be expected to conduct regular sales visits and attend conferences, exhibitions, and relevant business networking events.
You will be responsible for
Generating new business; identifying and sourcing leads/opportunities for print display, advertising and digital; pitching and converting (largely over email or telephone)
Building trust and rapport with key industry contacts
Maintaining and developing established client relationships
Achieving and exceeding agreed revenue targets
What we’re looking for
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Enjoy speaking to people by phone and face-to-face
Demonstrable previous success in a fast-moving sales environment (previous print advertising/digital media sales experience is desirable, but not essential)
Clean Driving licence
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to succeed under pressure in a deadline-based and target-driven environment
A team player, who is happy to support colleagues to meet overall company goals.

You will join our small team and work closely with our chief executive to develop and grow our client base. We are based next door to Ibrox Underground station, and there is free parking around the area.
