What information is being collected?

We use Google Analytics on this website. The tools collect standard internet information and details of site usage patterns and how often people visit the website, which can help us improve the website's layout and order of the content produced for the website.  By using this website, you are also accepting that we may use other analytics software to understand how users operate the website. You can request more information by using the contact form on this website.

This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. The information is never sold, collected or re-distributed for any other means.

If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, it will be clearly stated and the intentions will be made clear, too. For example, a newsletter sign-up form - requires basic information such as name and email or a competition form may require your address details to allow a prize to be dispatched, and so on.

How is it collected?

When you use the contact form on this website, emails are processed as described in the email use section above. The information will be stored and used as expected in relation to the sender's profile - whether as part of a customer enquiry, question about our services, job application or complaint, etc.

Who will it be shared with?

Analytics data may be shared with our website development or marketing consultant contractors. As stated, the information does not personally identify with the cookie policy's acceptance, and you are saying that you understand this process.

In most cases, internal email, job applications and phone call logs are not shared externally. In some instances where the project requires information from these sources, it is only in relation to the work we do and the contract we have as supplier-customer or employer-employee.

Complaints or concerns

If you have any issues with how you think your data may be used, please feel free to contact us using the form on this website, and our data officer will be happy to try and assist.
